    Your payment and personal information is always safe with us.  Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  


    Refund Policy:

    All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  For purchases of live training events we do not offer refunds as we account for every seat.  To request a refund please email 


    Shipping policy / Delivery policy:

    Please be assured your items will ship out within 5 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The carriers that my be used are:  U.S. Postal service (USPS), United Parcel Services (UPS) or FEDEX.  Live training events that are purchased you will be receiving an email with your ticket confirmation.  Nothing will be physically shipped.

    Shipping and Handling Costs:

    The shipping and Handling costs will be based on amount of items purchased.  Each purchase will have the total amount for shipping and handling costs available upon checkout.  Please note, for any and all live training events tickets purchased there will be no shipping and handling charge.
